An Engineer by education, Rajesh moved into events backed by his ability to prioritise and manage complex workloads coupled with excellent networking skills. His amiable nature has given him the core competence to adapt to a variety of work settings and understand diverse audiences. He enjoys being creative and seeing those ideas come to life. His core competence lies in negotiation skills, people management, technical expertise and complete social media administration.
Kala Sridhar
Hailing from a family of musicians, Kala developed a flair for music right from childhood. Inspired by her father, who used to organize Indian classical music shows, Kala finally got into event management. Being an ex-banker and dealing with extremely demanding customers, putting a smile on her client’s face comes naturally to her. She has immense experience in working in a fast-paced environment requiring professional skills. An enthusiastic and self-motivated person, she looks into various aspects of event management, especially budgeting and finance.
